Slow Food

Have you already heard of Slow Food?

Slow Food is a non-profit and eco-gastrononic organization that was founded in 1986 to counteract fast food and fast life.

Slow Food supports local food tradition and culture, giving people the choice of eating food that tastes good, that is clean and that is produced in a fair way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare or our health.

Slow Food helps people rediscover the joy of eating and know where the food comes from, who makes it and how it is made.
